While her mother eschewed a homespun homebirth for Gale, the singer/songwriter later eschewed traditional country music by imbuing it with a little pop. The Grammy-Award-winning Gale’s remarkable career as an international superstar has landed her a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and for good reason.
