ELO’s Bev Bevan, Burnside, Don Fardon

CEDRIC BURNSIDE is blues Royalty. He’s the grandson and long time drummer of the late great RL Burnside and he’s hell bent on sharing his music with audiences right across the globe. Today on guitar, Cedric Burnside plays stripped back, and sizzles like a live-wire. We meet Cedric to learn what makes him tick.

Incredibly it was 52 years ago that English singer DON FARDON got his big break with a catchy song about Cherokee Indians. Today the almost 82 year old looks back fondly over his hit making years and says he’s more than satisfied with the life he’s lived. I caught up with him from his home in the British midlands.

BEV BEVAN – founder of Electric Light Orchestra. Bev gives us the lowdown on all things ELO and introduces us both to his new band (Quill) and to his new partner, Joy.
